In growing and healing there is no such thing as “going it alone”

Fear and misunderstandings about mental illness can lead us to be hesitant about treatment.

Education is our most valuable tool to combat fear. I encourage you to look at these resources and don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions.

However, if you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, have taken an overdose, or have harmed yourself or another in any way, DIAL 9-1-1 immediately.

want to be mentioned on our resources page? send me an email or website inquiry.

I have the privilege of working with a wide network of mental health providers including other LCSWs, LPCMHs, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.  Sometimes achieving your hope requires additional treatments which may include medication, family therapy, or specialties that I do not provide, such as EMDR.  There is no one right therapist for everyone, and if I am not the right one for you, please allow me the privilege of helping you find a professional provider with whom you can connect and thrive.

I also refer to a wide network of support groups for varying mental health or substance use conditions, as well as support groups for those experiencing perinatal grief and loss.

For healing to be genuine and long-lasting, clients must connect with their therapist.
